Yesterday, I was looking for a website which has good and simple layout such that it give enough exposure to my advertisement. As this exposure will decide the click through rate and off course my revenue. I was having many idea regarding the advertisement placement. Let me speak out some of them

I was looking at some light shade site, as the advertisement placed on the light color background give more visibility, and the light color background also gives soothing effect to the visitors eye, such that he stays longer on my site.

I wanted to horizontal menu link unit i.e. 468×15px as this gives the effect of top menu of the website and more chances of click. As this was my main idea for searching the nice layout.

As I browsed many website, I found that the vertical pillar placed on the left has more chances of getting clicked, as that portion lies in heat zone. So I wanted my web template to have the left vertical placement area such that I could place the vertical banner.

When I normally browse website, I always look at the top left i.e. the start of the site looking for website logo, so I was sure to cash this place with link unit advertisement option.

After that placement of advertisement in between the content was most important. And also after placing all the advertisement I never wanted my site to look as if like scarp with adds. i.e I needed a clear layout which could be easily divided in grids.

With so many ideas & though, in mind I was searching for may website. As my niche is in loans, I stumbled upon this site noteletrackpaydayloans.insuranceallianz.com/ . although the site looks fairly simple. Then also it was fulfilling all my requirement. It had all what I wanted to be their for a perfect placement of advertisement. I really liked the layout and the way the adds are placed such that, these are not shouting to be clicked then also they have a fair chance of getting clicked.

This was my personal desire for my website. I requested the webmaster for the template they were ready to share this template with me. And they heartily agreed on this. Please let me if any one of you is interested in this template. Or if you have another template then please share your ideas. and ofcourse the template

Talking of Google adsense penalty is never easy. And we all know that no one is aware of Google penalties except Google itself. All the penalties discussed every where are mere speculation and experience gained due to various results by webmasters. The points on adsense penalties discussed here are also based on mere speculation and experience gained from the results on the adsense sites. There is no guarantee that these penalties ever existed or is existing. But as webmasters have their working experience and they have jotted down these adsense penalties for your benefit, so that you can save your site by implementing wrong tactics regarding adsense and get adsense penalties. Adsense a money generating machine when used rightly with good targeted keyword, so why would you want your site to get in to Google adsense penalty:

Underneath are the most common adsense penalties seen by today? You can save your site by Google adsense penalty by not implementing these penalties techniques. This is not mandatory that the penalties jotted down here are true, but at least you can take a safer side by reading these to save your site:

Organic listing down for adsense sites: this type of Google adsense penalties are due to excessive work done by adsense spammers. These penalties result in downgrading of organic listing of these sites. These penalties are temporary and can be fixed. No email notification sent for this.

Paying ads not served: This Google adsense penalty results in higher number of non paying ads shown on the site. These are also temporary and are fixable. No email notification sent for this.

Ads disabled: These Google adsense penalty results in site penalty. The ads are disabled on certain URLS of the site due to content violation, publishers etc. Responding quickly can fix the error. A email notification is send by Google for these type of penalty.

Account disabled: These are personal penalty in which your Google adsense account is terminated. You account is deactivated and can’t be activated again. This is a permanent Google penalty. Usually happens due to invalid click and not following of Google TOS.A email notification is send by Google for this type of penalty.

Low CTR site penalty: In this Google adsense penalty, as per the click volume on the ads. Low CTR ads are served on the site. No email notification sent for this.

Small site penalty: In this Google adsense penalty small sites are paid less revenue generating ads, this is not true to best of knowledge, but this is considered as Google adsense penalty. And no email notification is sent for these types of penalty.

SO now you know maximum types of Google adsense penalty. The best way to remain aloof from adsense penalty is reading Google adsense TOS to best of your knowledge and implementing those on your site. These will keep your site away from Google adsense penalty.

Air around you is filled with the saying that now you can get Google penalty for sponsored/paid listing. Amazing how can any one get paid link penalty. But truth is that mattcutts says, it’s not reputable to get paid links. What does this actually means? Have you ever thought why people go for paid links? Think it’s just for boosting page rank and getting high rankings on the anchor text targeted on the paid site. So what the big deal? Yeah its now a big deal for Google. Google has started devaluating the sites taking paid links. It means you will not be benefited from any paid links now. NO PR and rankings effect will be shown to your sites. So why go for sponsored/paid links. IF you are going to fall under sponsored/ paid link penalty.

Why to invest your money in useless matter that won’t help you. But these are all speculation and saying about sponsored/paid link penalty. Webmasters who has been through paid link penalty has posted in different forums and written articles about sponsored link penalty. But it’s not always the case that you will go through the penalty. Paid links can be beneficial sometimes. But why to get in the matter that can hamper your site sooner or later.

So if you are really interested in ranking higher on the search engines, always go for ethical practices. don’t take any paid links if you don’t want to be part of sponsored/paid link penalty.

Reciprocal link exchange an integral part of link building campaigns, which help your keywords to rank higher on the search engines. If you are going for reciprocal link exchange always keep in quality links, not quantity links. If you are linking to relevant site as your, well and fine. But if you are going for quantity links and exchanging links with the entire non relevant site to increase your popularity. It is always considered as “link schemes” by Google. And here reciprocal link exchange penalty comes into play. The ultimate effect of reciprocal link exchange penalty is lowering down of organic ranking.

If you are really interested in reciprocal link exchange, you can always go for it but for not involving in to reciprocal link exchange penalty always keep following points in mind:

• Go for quality no quantity links.
• Always exchange links with highly relevant sites.
• Don’t keep attitude that you link to me and I will link to you.
• Make your content so valuable that people links to you without your linking.
• Don’t try to build great number of useless back links.

If you take care of all these points and go for reciprocal link exchange with relevant sites. Then in no case search engine will be going to charge you with reciprocal link exchange penalty.

Link building plays an important role in organic ranking. Having relevant and ethical link building can take your site to the top on key phrases targeted. But when you are not concerned about relevancy, ethical links. You are always trapped in Google link building penalty. If you are going only for quantity not for quality then you are going to be affected by Google link building penalty. From long work experience and speculation webmasters are always sure of Google link building penalty. And a clever webmaster never practices spam link building, because he is always aware that it won’t help in the long run.

So if you don’t want to be part of link building penalty from Google, don’t try these practices mentioned below regarding link building:

Building links with banned sites - Get your back link report and check for the delisted sites from Google. The delisted sites are usually those with 0 PR and grayed out toolbar. Never link to these sites, other wise you may be a part of Google link building penalty.

Building links with bad neighborhoods - Always be aware not to link with link farm, doorway pages, bad neighborhoods, these sites are never relevant and have useless content. These are very much harmful for your organic listing and can make you go through Google link building penalty.

Excessive Cross linking - If you are having more than one site and they are on the same C class IP address. Then cross linking between them is considered as “link schemes” by Google. Considered as spam and can be part of Google link building penalty. if you link to other sites then giving one way links can be more beneficial than cross linking. So if you really want not to be part of Google link building penalty avoid cross linking.

Buying links- As per Google mattcutts, Google has started devaluating paid links. Ant it wont help in increasing rankings or PR. so if you are thinking of paid links, it might help but the best knowledge is not available till now.

Reciprocal linking - Reciprocal link building from non relevant and non thematic sites can make you part of Google link building penalty. Rather quality links with most prominent sites should be done. The effect of these penalties is drop in rankings and automatically traffic.

Google page 4 penalties - Newly introduced Google link building penalty, excess link building results in Google 4 penalty where your targeted key phrase drops on to the 4th page of Google search result.

Google page 30 penalty - same as Google 4 penalty, here unethical and unthematical excessive link building makes the keyword to drop down to page 30 on the search results.

Anchor text link penalty - excessive use of same anchor text for building links causes Google link building penalty, the result is same drop in rankings.

These are the well known link building penalty, which are also from mere speculation and experience. But the truth lies here that each and every webmaster has gone through one of these penalties. SO if you really don’t want to get into this link building penalty always use ethical and relevant link building. Go for quality links not quantity links. One good link can increase your rankings and one bad links can ruin everything. So the choice is yours!

Everyone knows content is the king and you know what Anchor text (keywords) targeted in the content are queens. Nice enough yeah it is, but king content can only make effect to your rankings when they are unique and relevant to your page. Keywords very well gelled with the content. If all these things are there in your content it will be quire prevalent that your content will be going to make mark on the search engines.

But in general practice nowadays everyone has misspelled this on there mind stuffing the keywords and in the content. Thinking that the higher keyword density will take them to the top. But you are wrong here Google and other search engines will put you under keyword stuffing penalty and it is always considered as spam. So you won’t be eager to go in keyword stuffing penalty. And if you really care to rank well on search engines follow the ethical process in content writing as:

• Don’t overdo keyword stuffing in content.
• Make your content unique and relevant to your page.
• Keep you keyword density between 3-8%
• Gel your keyword with the content that it doesn’t look awkward.

If you follow these practices you will never go in keyword stuffing penalty. The general effect of keyword stuffing penalty is drop in organic rankings. So if you want to be ahead in rankings never use keyword stuffing as a practice. And you will never fall under keyword stuffing penalty.

Considering Google guidelines you should not practice hidden text on your site. Hidden text means having the same background color as the text color on the site. Making text invisible for the common user but readable by the crawlers. This is totally considered as spam technique and against the Google guidelines applicable for hidden text penalty. Generally webmasters apply this method to increase their keyword density, thinking that it will help to rank higher on the search engines. But overall impact of hidden text is very much devastating.

• You loose your organic rankings.
• It takes around 2-3 months to get back if you have applied ethical practice removing the spam.

Think how much business and loss you will have to bear. Practicing hidden text can be beneficial in for short term. But for serving long term practice you have to apply ethical and clean techniques to rank higher. If you really don’t want to be involved in hidden text penalty, never use these practices on your site.

Think before you link to hidden text. This is luring opportunity to rank higher on search engines targeting hidden text but never beneficial and can blacklist your site. So don’t get involved in hidden text penalty. Be clean and clear and always try ethical practices on your site.

You must have heard of anchor text penalty. The text which you generally used to get link back to your site from others. Google have there own penalty for anchor text. So you should always be careful in matter of using anchor text in ethical manner so that you don’t fall under anchor text penalty. The relevancy of anchor text matters the most. It should be thematic to the site and fully support the category of the site. Anchor text carries votes for your site from other sites so you should always take great care of using relevant anchor text to link with other sites. Following are the anchor text penalty which you should take care for:

If the anchor text is irrelevant to the theme of your site you will fall under Google anchor text penalty. SO always make your anchor text relevant to your site. The effect is loss in ranking. And for many site it won’t rank due to irrelevant anchor text.

Don’t over use the same anchor text again and again. This will lead you to fall under anchor text penalty. Always make changes to your anchor text. The effect here also is drop in rankings and traffic.

Long length of anchor text and using some unofficial term stuffed with keywords can lead to Google anchor text penalty. This can lead do deindexing the URL and total loss in ranking.

Some times if you are purchasing paid links then it can also add up to anchor text penalty, so be careful before going for paid anchor text.

So if you really don’t want to be trapped in Google anchor penalty, don’t try to use above practices. Always use ethical way for linking with relevant anchor text.
